Thanks for supporting Ottawa Rapid FC! Here's how shipping works for orders from our merch store.

Where orders ship from

All orders are packed and shipped from our home base:

Shipping rates

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Canada: $15 flat rate per order
Canada, orders over $150: FREE shipping
United States: $30 flat rate per order

Rates are per order, not per item, so adding more to your cart won't increase your shipping cost. Free shipping on orders over $150 applies to Canadian addresses only.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. We don't ship to other countries at this time.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within [2–3 business days]. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Ottawa and Ontario: [2–5 business days]
Rest of Canada: [4–10 business days]
United States: [7–14 business days]

Delivery times are estimates, and they may be longer during busy periods like the start of the season, the holidays, or big match weeks.

Duties and taxes for US orders

Orders shipped to the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees when they arrive. These charges are set by US customs and the carrier, and the customer pays them.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't show up, contact us at info@rapidfc.ca within [14 days] of delivery and we'll make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
